These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of LeadFlow CRM, a lead management software-as-a-service provided by Gerart Limited. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

LeadFlow CRM is a customer relationship management software designed to help you capture, organize, qualify, and manage business leads.

2.1 What LeadFlow CRM Does

  • Capture and store lead information
  • Organize leads with custom fields, tags, and status
  • Qualify leads with scoring and pipeline management
  • Provide dashboard and reporting features
  • Enable team collaboration on lead management
  • 2.2 What LeadFlow CRM Does NOT Do

    LeadFlow CRM is NOT an email marketing, messaging, or automation platform:
  • Does NOT send emails on your behalf
  • Does NOT send SMS, WhatsApp, or other messages
  • Does NOT include marketing automation features
  • Does NOT integrate with email sending services
  • 3. Eligibility

    To use LeadFlow CRM, you must:
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • LeadFlow CRM is available for both business (B2B) and personal (B2C) use.

    4. User Account

    4.1 Account Creation

    To access LeadFlow CRM, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You agree to keep your account information up to date.

    4.2 Account Security

    You are responsible for:
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • 4.3 One Account Per Person

    Each individual may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits or circumvent restrictions is prohibited.

    5. Free Plan and Future Pricing

    Currently Free

    LeadFlow CRM is currently offered free of charge during our initial launch period.

    5.1 Free Plan Limitations

    The free plan may include limitations on:
  • Number of leads you can store
  • Number of team members
  • Access to certain features
  • Storage capacity
  • 5.2 Future Paid Plans

    We reserve the right to introduce paid subscription plans in the future. If we do:
  • We will provide at least 30 days notice before any changes affect your account
  • You may choose to upgrade, continue on a modified free plan, or close your account
  • Your existing data will remain accessible during any transition period
  • 5.3 Service Changes

    We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

    6. Acceptable Use Policy

    You agree NOT to use LeadFlow CRM to:
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe the rights of third parties
  • Store or transmit malicious code or malware
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use the service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
  • Store data you have no right to collect or process
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
  • 7. Your Data

    7.1 Ownership

    You retain ownership of all data you submit to LeadFlow CRM (“Your Data”). We do not claim intellectual property rights over Your Data.

    7.2 License to Us

    You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

    7.3 Data Protection

    Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Privacy Policy.

    7.4 Data Export

    You may export Your Data at any time using the export features within the application.

    8. Intellectual Property

    LeadFlow CRM, including its software, design, logos, trademarks, and all content provided by us, is owned by Gerart Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws.
    You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LeadFlow CRM in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include:
  • The right to modify, copy, or distribute our software
  • The right to use our trademarks without permission
  • The right to create derivative works
  • 9. Limitation of Liability

    9.1 "As Is" Service

    LeadFlow CRM is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

    9.2 No Guarantee of Availability

    We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not liable for any service interruptions.

    9.3 Liability Cap

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or £100 if you are on a free plan).

    9.4 Exclusions

    We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

    10. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gerart Limited, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
  • Your use of the service
  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • The data you store in LeadFlow CRM
  • 11. Account Termination

    11.1 Termination by You

    You may close your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting us at support@gerart.digital.

    11.2 Termination by Us

    We may suspend or terminate your account if:
  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Your account remains inactive for an extended period
  • We are required to do so by law
  • 11.3 Effect of Termination

    Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. We will retain Your Data for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may request data export before termination.

    12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

    If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights granted by the laws of your country of residence.

    13. Dispute Resolution

    Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact us at support@gerart.digital to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your concern within 30 days.

    14. Changes to These Terms

    We may modify these Terms periodically. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

    Your continued use of LeadFlow CRM after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the service and close your account.
